By accessing or using VidAny, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

VidAny provides an AI video generation workspace for creating, refining, comparing, and exporting video clips from prompts, images, storyboards, and references. Features, providers, limits, and availability may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, password, API keys, prompts, uploads, generated content, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VidAny to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or generate content you do not have permission to use.
• Create illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Bypass usage limits, payment controls, safety systems, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with the security, reliability, or performance of VidAny.

Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing or using them commercially. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing material. You must ensure your use of prompts, uploads, references, and outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Billing and Credits

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Credits may be consumed when generation or refinement jobs are submitted. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by VidAny support.

Intellectual Property

VidAny, its software, branding, and service design are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for your inputs and outputs, subject to these Terms and any rights held by third parties or generation providers.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for VidAny or other users, fail to pay, or misuse the service. You may stop using VidAny at any time.

Disclaimers

VidAny is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation results, or suitability for a particular use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidAny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
